Buck-Brody-New-Executive

Buck Brody

President & Chief Executive Officer

Buck Brody is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ConstructConnect. He first joined ConstructConnect as Chief Financial Officer in April 2018 after leading the Finance, Administrative, and Data Science teams at the Roper Technologies DAT business, a SaaS platform connecting freight brokers with trucking capacity. Prior to this role, Buck led the Finance team at the Roper Technologies Inovonics business, a leader in high-performance wireless sensor networks for commercial and life safety applications. Buck started his career with Roper Technologies as a financial analyst, providing business unit performance analysis, due diligence, and valuation research. Earlier in his career, he worked in the U.S. Senate and at Prologue Capital. He holds both an M.B.A and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Mike Dichiara

Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined ConstructConnect in April 2018 and has held progressively advanced positions within the Finance organization, rising from Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to, most recently, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Mike was employed by General Electric, where he advanced through their leadership development programs including the Financial Management Program (FMP) and the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS). Mike holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Originally from Boston, Mike resides in Cincinnati with his family.

Jennifer Johnson

Chief Product Officer

Jen Johnson is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at ConstructConnect, where she leads Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience, User Research, and Marketing. Since joining the company in 2008, Jen has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and positioning ConstructConnect as a leader in construction technology. With a strong technical foundation in Computer Science and an MBA from Georgia Tech, Jen blends deep analytical expertise with a customer-centric approach to product and marketing strategy. She is passionate about solving complex industry challenges, streamlining workflows, and delivering solutions that empower construction professionals.

Doug Dockery

Chief Technology Officer

Doug Dockery is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for ConstructConnect, overseeing IT, application development, DevOps, QA, data management, and our Agile Transformation Office. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Doug served as a global technology and digital transformation leader for LeadingAgile, CentralSquare Technologies, CA Technologies, Rally Software, and a number of other organizations. A native Floridian, Doug resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his family. He is also active within the Central Florida community by serving a number of area nonprofits.

Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer for ConstructConnect, Terah leads all Go-to-Market functions including Business Development, New Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Throughout her career, Terah has proved to be a leader that delivers on revenue growth, exceeds customer expectations, and builds corporate culture. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Terah spent 9 years with iSqFt where she held a variety of sales and leadership roles in the subcontractor and manufacturer businesses. She has worked in the construction technology industry for more than 17 years and brings that wealth of knowledge and experience to lead our GTM teams. Terah is a graduate of Ohio State University and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her family.

Morgan Stinson

Executive Vice President, Business Operations

As EVP of Business Operations at ConstructConnect, Morgan Stinson partners with the leadership team to drive alignment around and successful execution of strategic priorities in addition to leading our Content Acquisition efforts. Morgan joined ConstructConnect in 2010 and has held progressively advanced positions within the Content Services, Strategic Initiatives, and Business Operations teams. Most recently, as VP, Content Acquisition, she has overseen the 430-employee Content Acquisition group responsible for sourcing critical data that underpins ConstructConnect's market-leading Project Intelligence products. Morgan graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Political Science. She resides in Cincinnati with her family.

Howard Atkins

Executive Vice President, Building Product Manufacturer Segment

At ConstructConnect, Howard drives customer sales and market share growth for our building product manufacturer team, focusing on sales innovation, customer acquisition, retention, and competitive strategies. Howard joined ConstructConnect in 2018 with a successful track record driving commercial success, developing strategies for growth, optimizing business consolidation and creating innovative outreach initiatives, specifically for the manufacturing and industrial markets. Howard earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Currently, an active community member in Atlanta where he lives with the three most important family members in his life, including his Pitbull, Ruby Jean.
