Every March, Women in Construction Week highlights women making a difference in this male-dominated field. According to the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), women now make up 14% of the construction workforce, up from 10.9% just five years ago. The industry is changing for the better. In addition to seeing more women join the field, technology like artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the game. It’s an exciting time to be part of construction!

Each year, Customer Service Week is observed to highlight the importance of customer service and celebrate those who dedicate their careers to supporting customers.
