Lincoln Property Co. (LPC) and Goldman Sachs Alternatives have broken ground on the Northside Logistics Park, a five-building, 496,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center.
The industrial construction project’s 45.6-acre site, at 157 Molly Walton Drive in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is a 20-minute drive from downtown Nashville.
Rebusiness reported Friday that the development would feature flexible spaces ranging from around 20,000 to 144,000 square feet for single or multiple tenants.

Specifications include 32-foot clear heights and a minimum of 20 dock-high doors. The design-build team includes civil engineer Kimley-Horn & Associates and architect STG Design. Property management is by CBRE.
LPC and Goldman Sachs Alternatives anticipate completing the Northside Logistics Park by the first quarter 2026.
