Project Stress Index Construction Economy Snapshot

The Project Stress Index
The Project Stress Index (PSI) is your early warning system for construction market shifts, tracking delayed, on-hold, and abandoned preconstruction projects over the past 30 days. Using exclusive, seasonally adjusted data, it cuts through the noise to reveal real-time trends in nonresidential, heavy civil, and multifamily construction. By highlighting market slowdowns before they escalate, the PSI helps you stay ahead, mitigate risks, and make smarter business decisions.
